Gender Diversity in Choirs

Gender is a current topic in choral music in terms of language, repertoire selection and what to wear when performing. How can we accommodate gender diversity in choirs and create an environment where it is safe for everyone to participate? This topic is addressed by choir conductor, music educator and choir blogger Julia Lainema, singer and voice teacher Laura Salovaara and choral singer Tuija von Konow.
